I purchased Metropole (2018) by Lewis Bush, firstly as a photobook to learn from its design features and secondly because of my interest in London's developments. I have written about the regeneration of London in the context of 'artwashing' for my Contextual Studies essay and my Body of Work (Re)constructing Deptford touches on gentrification. Therefore I went into reading this photobook feeling like it was relevant to my SYP studies.
